Cindy Crawford is getting ready to tackle television! The model is teaming up with NBC to produce a brand new series about the modeling industry tentatively called Icon.
The new show will focus on the wars between the Ford Modeling Agency and Elite Model Management in the 1980s. Despite being based on true events, the show will be completely fictionalized with no names of real people from that time period being used. It will also mark Crawford’s debut as a television producer.
While the show will focus on the modeling industry, Crawford herself will not be appearing in the upcoming drama.
As the project is still in the very early stages of development, there’s no word yet on when we can expect to see it hit our television screens.
